Woodbridge Energy Company “WEC” has joined forces with Advanced 4 Solution “A4S” to form Woodbridge Advanced Solution “WAS” to recycle thousands of decommissioned Wind Turbine Blades into new products.

ANNOUCEMENT: WAS is recycling decommissioned wind turbine blades into new products and application of fibers and polymers. The glass fibers and polymers that make up 90%+ of the wind turbine blades can be repurposed in concrete and asphalt and plastic products that provides extra strength. Wind turbine blades are now being ship to our 56 acres and 140,000 square foot complex at Woodward, Oklahoma. We are presently working on 1,300 tons that will be recycled at the facility.

Woodbridge Energy Company and Partners will Generate Green/Clean Hydrogen for the Transportation Industry as EcoMotiv.

EcoMotiv produces Hydrogen from biomass waste, using its innovative technology. The system restricts oxygen into the gasification process therefor almost completely eliminating NOx from the process. Using our system to generate a green hydrogen allows for a small footprint and creates usable hydrogen for the transportation industry. The central hub to this system will serve two major population areas, Sacramento and San Francisco, California. The focus of phase one of the development is, generate and provide a high quality and reliable green hydrogen product to local transportation hubs. These hubs presently use gray hydrogen as the source of fuel, for the trucks and buses. They also are in the process of purchasing new hydrogen trucks and buses. Phase two will be a full deployment of fueling for public access and fueling, cars and light vehicles. We aren’t the first mover’s into the space but we are the best.

Woodbridge Energy has developed with its team of companies to capture oil field flare gas and liquify it into LNG. The technology provides separation of each of the C2 – C12 components. This provides opportunities to investors through investor participation in projects that have off-taker agreement for the LNG produced.

The amount of flaring is enormous; for example, over 30,000 flaring wells, by one company only, in the Middle East, flares 100,000,000 cubic feet of gas per day from just one well. FYI, The USA used a record 88,500,000,000 cubic feet a day the highest annually ever. One well releases, one tenth of a percent, of the entire US usage or equivalent of 37,400 US persons usage.

H2 is the Future and it’s Here!

Woodbridge Energy Company “WEC” has the technology to change our thinking of the hydrogen market and deployment. Our advantage is that the science is straight forward and that equates to design, manufacturing, logistics, deployment, installation, finance, operation and maintenance will be also. Our process is such that we get the most out of the water that we gasify. Our exclusive water processing system allows us to process salt water, waste water with total solids being high and even frac water by removing all those components and more, then input it into the hydrogen generation system.

Hydrogen storage is a huge issue with other systems that need to store H2 in large quantities. The cost for such a system can run more than the electrolyzer system that produces the hydrogen. We have estimated that our storage is 1/100th the cost of the competition. The shipping of LNG and Hydrogen like the vessel in the video below is extremely expensive and increases the danger to the public. We can ship out hydrogen ready product in a standard truck tanker, new tanker trailer is about $60,000 USD and a H2 trailer about $450,000.

Coal Flue Gas Capture

Woodbridge Energy is becoming a major player in cleaning up coal power plants around the world. The Country of Morocco is of the main focus because of the 20 gigawatts of power produced every hour from imported coal fuel. What does this mean for Greenhouse Gas Emissions? about every Gigawatt of power will produce 4,500,000 tons of CO2, 750,000 Tons of Carbon Monoxide (CO), 1,500 Tons of Sulfur Dioxides, 3,700 Tons of Nitric Oxide (NO) + Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), 200 lbs of Mercury.

What we do with it: Once Captured we change the pH of the gas and take out the sulfur components, remove the condensates, filter any fly ash, Compress and liquify carbon components into the correct fractionizations.

Carbon Monoxide (CO)

Once the carbon monoxide is separated it is added to our pure Green Hydrogen that we produce on site from power plant cooling water through our proprietary process. By combining 2 part of H2 with every part of CO we produce molecularly Methanol CH3OH. The volume of the combined inputs equals the total output of Methanol.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Using the captured CO2 and creating Liquified CO2 in our plant, we then process it with our Green Hydrogen and create Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) for the Country.

Hydrogen Generation

Woodbridge Energy is in a significant position to change how the world produces energy from renewables and hydrocarbons. Flare Gas Capture

Woodbridge is leading the way in oil well Flaring with its “Stop Flaring Technology”. The technology allows oil well production during the worlds hydrocarbon transition period. The technology will take a oil well close it off and capture the methane gas from that well, clean the gas, separating the components in that gas (fractionating in C1-C12), taking out the water and cleaning it, and finally liquifying the CH4 into pure methane/liquefied natural gas (LNG). The LNG will be shipped to for critical needs around the world. We will also provide LNG within Africa as we capture flaring Wells there. We are now investigation the opportunity to capturing over 38,000 flare wells now polluting the world atmosphere.
